When the package arrives at the place of destination we'll notify you via SMS, email or by letter.

    Where is my nearest MyPack delivery place?
    Answer: On our website you will find all the action place, their location and opening hours. Use the tool "Find your place of delivery" on this page to the left.

    I'm expecting a shipment / package. Can I change MyPack extradition place to another?
    Answer: You can change the place of delivery as long as the package has not left the warehouse at the company you've ordered off. Not later.

    How long does it take for a package to arrive at the delivery location?
    Answer: The package is normally up to the nearest place of delivery daily after the goods are delivered / picked up by Tollpost Globe. If the goods are sent over large geographical distances, it can take the package a few days extra to arrive at the place of destination (eg Oslo - Tromsų 3 - 4 days).

    How do I know that my package has arrived at the place of destination?
    Answer: When the shipment has come to the next (or selected) MyPack place of delivery will be alerted via SMS, letter or e-mail.

    What action will place my package to be delivered to?
    Answer: When you order a product from one of our partners over the Internet, you will have the option to use the nearest delivery location in relation to your home address or ZIP code. Using the form of a directory, or call in your order we will automatically select the nearest delivery location.

    My package should be there now, how is it spread?
    Answer: If your package is sent from the company you ordered, you can track the shipment. To track your consignment you will need a piece of code (sending) number that you have either received as part of your receipt when you bought / ordered goods, or that you can get if you contact customer service at those you have bought goods from. <

    Can I as an individual to send packets from MyPack delivery location to another private recipient?
    Answer: So far only offers MyPack distribution from businesses to private individuals.

    How do I pick up a shipment of MyPack?
    Answer: Once you have received a notification via SMS, email or letter stating that your package is ready for pickup at one of MyPacks delivery place will you bring your consignment number and credentials. The notice states where (place of delivery, and address) to retrieve the package.

    What payment features, you can use at MyPacks delivery place?
    Answer: Payments are made either in cash or short on delivery location.

    What happens if a package is not retrieved by the recipient?
    Answer: The packages are out on the place of delivery in 14 days. After 7 days, sent out a reminder to the recipient via letter. Remains unclaimed package will be sent back to the sender, ie the one you ordered off. If you are unsure if the package is still on the delivery location, you can check this by searching for the package with the "Track MyPack sending" on this site, to the right with the help of your consignment number (the number of packages). You can also check your delivery location with the "Find your place of delivery" and contact them directly.

    What happens if a package is damaged?
    Answer: Please contact the seller of the product. On their pages, there are instructions for how they want you advertise. The course also takes the responsibility to answer any other questions you have related to the delivery and purchase.

    What happens if I do NOT have the sending number (number of packages) when I retrieve the package?
    Answer: To retrieve a package, you do the sending number. It should either have received when you got a copy / receipt of purchase, or you got it from us in the form of an SMS, e-mail or letter when the package arrived at the delivery site. If you find any of the parts you can call the company you bought the item and ask for it again.

    What do I do if I forgot my ID when I get out my package?
    Answer: To retrieve a shipment / package, we require that the recipient has a valid ID
