Home delivery
Tollpost Home Delivery is a service that has been developed for customers who require their parcels/shipments delivered directly to their home address.
 
The most ambitious schedule in use on the market today ensures short delivery times to anywhere in Norway. Our local offices agree a delivery time with the recipients themselves. Products are delivered to ground floor level of the specified address. Should the recipient require larger/heavier items (e.g. white/brown goods or furniture) to be installed upon delivery, we can arrange for an additional person to be present.

Two categories: town and country

Tollpost Home Delivery is split into two categories: “town” and “country”. Shipments made to areas falling within the "town" category will be delivered to the specified address between 8 am and 9 pm. Shipments made to areas falling within the "country" category will be delivered between 8 am and 4 pm. The distribution of “country" and “country” categories is defined by the unique zip code you will find in the Delivery Agreement service.

Specify when you want to receive goods

Products delivered to your customers’ homes – when it is convenient for them In the Delivery Agreement service, recipients can specify when they want to receive goods. If you have received a text, e-mail or letter confirming the arrival of a consignment, you can simply specify when you want to receive your goods. You will be given a choice of delivery dates and times. The goods will be delivered to the ground floor of your building and released on production of a receipt. In other words, the recipient must be present at the time of delivery. We also offer a packaging and electrical equipment recycling service.
