On July 1st, Tollpost Globe introduced a completely new enquiry service via My Page at www.tollpost.no.We are confident that the new service will contribute to even better communication with our customer centre.We have dedicated employees working with web enquiries, and we can promise you the very best service when you use this channel as a means of communication.You’ll need username and password for My Page to access this service.
All updates/responses from our customer centre will be notified with an e-mail to the in-logged user. As an in-logged user, you’ll get complete overview of you own reported enquiries via the web, plus overview of all enquiries sent from your company. It’s also possible to get an overview over all enquiries sent through other channels than the web. (Tel/e-mail).
