We’re now offering active delivery status to your recipients. Up until today, we have offered the active delivery status service to senders subscribing to this service, with the option of forwarding e-mails to your recipients. The e-mail will normally be sent after 2 o’clock p.m. and displays consignments that should have been delivered today, but which for various reasons have been delayed compared to estimated delivery date according to the Transport Schedule. We are now automating this service and will notify delays directly to your recipients.The service is activated via the EDI message. Provided that the recipient is defined in the message with e-mail address or mobile number, the recipient will initially receive an “active receipt status” informing him of estimated time of delivery. Should anything happen to delay the consignment, the recipient will receive an “active delivery status” informing him that the consignment has been delayed, including a link to trace the consignment at www.tollpost.noIn order for the service “active delivery status” to recipients to be activated, the sender must already subscribe to this service.
