DFDS Transport changed to DSV

On January 1st, 2007 one of Tollpost Globe’s owners, DFDS Transport, changed its name to DSV, short for "De sammensluttede Vognmænd".

Since the purchase of DFDS Dan Transport Group A/S in year 2000, the owner DSV has carried on the use of the "DFDS Transport A/S" name for their international transport and forwarding operations. DVS A/S is quoted on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange. The change of name may be seen in connection with the purchase of the Dutch company Frans Maas and indicates a new start in the joint company for all the 19,000 co-workers all over the world.

DSV will continue its operations within the fields of road, air & sea logistics.

DSV Road AS, DSV Air & Sea AS and DSV Solutions AS.

The DSV Croup is represented in more than 50 countries through more than 570 branch offices.
