MyPack means delivery to your customers through our Tollpost Service Partner network. Our service partners are conveniently located, have service minded employees and long opening hours.
We have entered into agreements with more than 800 pick-up points throughout the country. All towns and densely populated areas are covered through our service net where 98% of the Norwegian population may pick up their parcels at any time. Forwarding to Service Partner is carried out according to Tollpost Globe’s transport schedule which displays transport period to and from all Norwegian postal codes. For transport in Southern Norway (south of Namsos), the transport period is one day – with a few exceptions. Transport to/from Northern Norway is 2 to 5 days, dependent on recipient address. Your recipients will be notified by SMS, e-mail or letter when the parcel has arrived at Service Partner and may be collected. Our information solutions make management of deliveries and returns simple, with our without payment. Track & Trace and our on-line notification services, also notifying possible delays, reduces the number of enquiries to your customer centre. Your customers consequently experience a perception of safety and service about the delivery.
