Our customer counselling department supports our customers with logistics advisory service


We provide our customers with a range of logistics analyses. The objective of these analyses is to find the improvement potential for our customers’ logistics.

With a basic and comprehensive data acquisition connected to each consignment as well as strong competence development efforts in the field of logistics, Tollpost Globe is uniquely positioned to carrying out analyses, working out plans of action and carrying out improvements in co-operation with our customers. The analyses’ objective is to identify areas where Tollpost Globe and the customer in co-operation may reduce delivery costs and/or improve delivery service and consequently create a basis for increased profitability. Following each analysis, we agree on a plan of action including objectives, responsibility, tasks and deadlines. This in order to secure progress and realization of profits, determine responsibility and prepare for the subsequent evaluation and follow-up activities.
