When Tollpost Globe develops new e-Services, our basis always lies in our customers’ value chain. The objective of the e-Services is to improve delivery service or reduce delivery costs.
As importers and wholesalers form a significant part of our customer base, we have chosen to make the processes of this group of market participants our basis. The process can clearly also be transferred, to a greater or lesser degree, to producers and retailers.
