This product is based on the DPD STANDARD, and in addition includes:

• Delivery within 10.00 a.m. to towns and densely populated areas in Norway. Please check your postal code at the bottom of the page.
• Delivery within 4 o'clock p.m. to all other postal codes.
• Single-unit or multi-unit
• Active freight guarantee: When consignment information is correct (contents and time of transfer) and no Force Majeure exists, we will send you no freight invoice in cases where the consignment has been delivered later than 10.00 a.m. to postal codes included in this service.
• Automatic insurance without own risk up to NOK 50,000 per unit in cases of damage or deficiency. Same conditions as Active Freight Guarantee.
• Active ReceiptStatus: If you include the mobile phone number or e-mail address in the consignment information, we'll notify your customer when the products are in transit.
• Active DeliveryStatus: Notification to you via e-mail if unforeseen incidents occur and the parcel consequently is delayed.
